10/13/2015 5:29 amSucky things it a coworker said carry-outs is closed at 10pm where there is no sign that's said anything and an open light still on at 10:30pm. They should had honor the carry out service since their door is unlocked and sign still says open. but said I can order at their store but they have to deliver to homes as policy. Forget that, I'm not paying more for delivery charge. You just lost my business for good |

03/28/2015 2:35 amOnly giving one star because zero stars isn't permitted. This location is absolutely terrible. Every once and a while we will give it another try and it is always a disappointment. Late deliveries (more than hour), food damaged once it arrives, missing items, it goes on and on. Ordered today, on-line and they lost the order. Finally got them on the phone an hour later and they said they were not sure they could even get us the order once they found it. Cancelled it and then realized we paid on line. Called back to get a refund and the manager refused to even get on the phone. On hold for 17 minutes and another employee got on the phone and just said there was no way the manager (Josh) was going to come to the phone. Said they could not process a refund either and that we have to contact corporate to try to get a refund which is probably a week long process. |

06/28/2014 2:58 amProbably would starve if they weren't around, so I sortof feel obligated to give them a good review. But honestly the pizza's always hot when it gets here, the drivers are polite (I've only done online orders, so I can't speak for the in house staff). They've never messed up an order, and I think except one time that I ordered during a busy period, did my food arrive a little later than the usual 20-40 minutes. |
