Domino's Pizza, Mesa, Arizona Restaurant Details

I really like Dominos as a company, but the few interactions I've had with this specific location are terrible. I will actually go out of my way to go to a further Dominos to avoid dealing with this store.
Last night I had a simple question about splitting up an order among multiple credit cards for a party. If they couldn't have made it work, that's fine, no big deal. However, rather than just telling me what my options would be in a courteous manner, a young woman who seriously lacked customer service skills and tact, audibly scoffed at me on the phone and told me in a very rude tone that I would have to figure out what the totals would be for each card myself because she didn't have a calculator. I understand that splitting up orders can be a pain, which is why I asked prior to even moving forward with my order. Even if by some strange turn of fate, no one in the entire establishment had access to a calculator, there is a courteous way to make a request to a customer to divvy out there bill themselves. As an office manager who trains customer service associates, I would be so embarrassed if I heard my staff talk to customers the way I was talked to last night.
It's amazing that there is such a difference in quality and service between locations, but the store on Power and Baseline is wonderful, and after last night I will continue to go out of my way to go to their location.

Tried to order a vegan pizza from them. When I came it was cold and looked like it was pizza I had left in my fridge for several days. It was awful. Tasted it and threw it out.

Excellent service, great staff, don't be fooled by moronic reviews. This is probably my favorite domino's location.

I havent had Dominos in over a decade..too lazy to eat out, i decided to give the "new Dominos pizza" a try.
I ordered a large with bacon pepperoni oinions and mushroom for delivery..i felt $22 bucks (including delivery) was a little steep..tip not included..
Pizza arrived in about 20 minutes...at first it looked like a hot mess..but as it cooled some, it started to firm up...no fork and knife needed
Ilked the sweeter sauce, butter garlic crust, decent cheese...the bacon was real tasty...
Overall , i had a good experience and enjoyed the pie..not as good as Barros or Sourdough, but beats the hell out of PaPa Johns, little ceasers etc

Ordered three medium pizzas and a lava cake at 5:13, the tracker said they were done at 5:25 and we didn't get them until 6:01. They were just sitting there for over half an hour!! They were cold by the time we got them AND one of the pizzas had a burn mark on it where someone had clearly set a hot pan down on top of it and just let it sit there. Will never order from this store again.
