Domino's Pizza, Norfolk, Virginia Restaurant Details

Awesome, food was great, aswell as the customer service. Michael cooked mine though so hey only order when he's in the kichen.

Pwople working here were the friendliest Domino's crew I've ever met- went above and beyond to help my group and was genuinely warmhearted and friendly... Refreshing after a terrible day.

After being in court all day wanted something fast and hot, stumbled across this domino's on Granby and figured at least it will be hot. Well to my surprise I was greeted with a warm smile friendly voice, which I needed after listenimg to judges and lawyers all morning, well this young man was able to make a few simple suggestions along with being patient ad I was looking for another store in the neighborhood. I finally decided on one or his recommendations" Chicken Parm for me and Chicken Bacon with ranch sauce for my Sister". Well after running out to find the other store which his directions were on point, in about 10mins give or take my food was ready. Finally after about half our I was able to sit and bite into the most delicious sandwich I've ever had out side of a Philly cheese steak. The sandwich was still hot and definitely filling. If you're in the area of this Domino's Pizza and want great food, great service, friendly environment stop in and grab a bite. Thanks guys. My only regret was I can't remember the two staff members names.

My local Dominos gets it right. They're fast, and super polite. Way to go, pizza people! My only complaint (I know, #FirstWorldProblems, right?) is that I keep filling in the blank for SAVE THIS ORDER (as your go-to) and it never sticks. There's literally nowhere to reference this or select it when I come back to order again. No button, nothing. I'm recommending that someone at corporate review their own websites and see if there's a glitch. Other than that, I'm happy. I travel A LOT and when I get home I just want my very specific pizza to welcome me. And, I just want to push as few buttons as possible. (See hashtag above) Thanks!

When this place first opened it was great. There was a girl named Ashly who always made out pizzas. There were never any problems. It has gone down hill since. Today I ordered a pizza and a order of chicken. When I got to the store they gave me a uncut pizza. I also reminded them that I ordered chicken. The woman at the register took the pizza back, mangled it while cutting then informed me my chicken had been sent out for delivery. She said that she would remake the chicken and give me a credit for it. I agreed. I had been waiting for about five minutes when another woman approached me and told me that the driver was bringing my chicken back to the store. The driver shortly after and gave me the chicken. The woman typed on the register and told me she had refunded me $10. I Got home ate a slice of pizza to find that it was not cooked all the way and there was a layer of raw dough on top. Pizza went in the trash and I will never go back. I really feel sorry for the owner of this place they need to take a close look at how they are doing business.
