Food:

We have ordered from our local Domino's in Bethany, OK multiple times. Every time the tracker was 100% spot on, and they arrived within 6-7 minutes after the delivery notice. All orders are 100% correct, and Mike G. & Donald, our delivery drivers, have been SO polite and kind. They always impress us. Thank you!

I order through the Dominoes website. The food is always fresh,hot, & delicious!Staff is amazingly friendly! Not used to that anymore.My orders are delivered fast and are always right. (Not like the other so called competition ).Thanks Dominoes and staff for always being AWESOME!!!:)

this place sucks and I will never order from there or any other Domino's again because of the rude way I was informed, 25 min after ordering my food, that they do not deliver to my apartments after dark. I was treated as if I was criminal and suspected of foul play, then was spoken to very rudely by the manager. I have ordered food from this very store in the past, and never had a problem, other than the pizza was so drenched in sauce it was nasty. I do not even rate it one star, but that is as low as it will let me rate it.

I usually get great service from Domino's. The last time I ordered I did not receive all of my order. I contacted the Asst. Manager David. He then lied to me twice, telling me both time the rest of my order was on the way. It is now more than an hour and a half and nothing has arrived. Some one needs to be fired for this issue. Got to speak with the Store manager. Still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Issue was resolved, they sent the driver to the wrong address. Duh, someone needs to wake up.

Food:

I order pizza here probably once per week. I always receive excellent service.
The one issue I have had was quickly corrected by a call from the manager, Chancy, who HAPPILY made right about the issue.
I will continue to order from this Dominos team for as long as I live in the OKC Metro.
