Dominos Pizza, Rochester, New York Restaurant Details

The pizza showed up as delivered to me 10 minutes before it actually showed up, the pizza was no longer hot when we got it and the banana peppers that were on the pizza were dry, shriveled up and very scarce.

They really understand what customer service means. And of course the pizza is amazing!!

I ordered a pizza, when I got home there was very little sauce, I called and told the manager my findings, he apologized for the situation and he was very nice. Thanks! I appreciate ppl that has great customer service skills!

Although they don't deliver to my area,and not having Domino's for about 3yrs, bc there's no domio's within 7 miles. This was the best pizza pie I've had in a very long time. The crust was perfect. The wings were small yet very tasty. The price was reasonable. I would definitely go back again and again and recommend to all my friends
