I placed an order at this Domino's at 11:03pm and as of 11:58pm my order still hasn't arrived. According to the Domino's tracker it left their store 10 blocks away from my job at 11:21pm. I never write reviews but the guy who answered the phone at the store on W. Houston St. (John Amani) pissed me off. I will NEVER order from this Domino's again and will not be recommending this Domino's to any of the guests at the hotel I work at. Not only did he give me an attitude but he didn't even offer to call the driver to find out what had happened to my order nor offer a discount or comp my next meal. Then when I asked for a corporate number his words exactly were "Look it up online"

Have had 2 bad experiences. 1st , I went to pick up, only parking across the street. Employees too busy conversing with delivery in hand to move their car.2nd they delivered to front apt. not mine & took a $5 tip. I called to complain for nothing.

Avoid this Dominos at all cost.

I've been a regular Dominos customer for nearly 6 years in 4 different cities, and I've NEVER had a single problem. I moved to San Antonio last week and ordered from this Dominos for the first time tonight. Absolute disaster.

I order at 9:20 PM. I wait an hour and hear nothing, nor has the online order tracker budged. I call the store to check on the order. I wait on hold for ELEVEN MINUTES. Someone picks up the phone and asks my information, then tells me my order is on the way and should be there shortly. Ok. I wait 30 more mintues, and still nothing. I call again, I wait on hold 15 minutes, STILL no one picks up. I hang up, call back, wait on hold another 10 minutes, nothing. At this point its almost 2 hours since I ordered my pizza. Since the store is less than 10 minutes away, I just drive there to get my pizza. When I arrive, the store has all the sign and most of the lighting turned off. All of the doors except the side door are locked (this is at 11 PM, the store closes at 2 am, the doors that are locked are the ones that say "This door to remain open during business hours"). I walk inside and ask where my pizza is, and the guy asks for my information, and then goes to the back to find my order. Sure enough, my order is sitting under a heat lamp, 2 hours after ordering, and 40 minutes after someone in the store explicitly told me it was already on the way to my house. I grab my pizza and leave. The entire time I'm there the phones are ringing off the hook. There are at least 7 employees inside the store. SEVEN EMPLOYEES. I used to work at a pizza place, and even on our busiest days we had 6 people working. This Dominos had 7, couldn't deliver in less than 2 hours, couldn't answer the phone, and the manager couldn't even respond to me when I asked him what the heck was going on. Seriously... he just stared at me silently and literally didn't say a WORD when I asked him what the heck was going on at his store. He looked extremely messed up.

I have no idea what is going on at this store... but avoid at all costs. Considering all the other terrible similar reviews of this location, I'm amazed Dominos corporate lets it stay open. I'll be calling them tomorrow to try to get my money back.

This was the worst experience with dominos ever. I placed my order at 8:08pm i did not recieve it until 9:48pm and it wasnt even a complicated order. 3 medium pepperoni pizzas. and to top it off the pizza wasnt even hot anymore. DO NOT HAVE PIZZA DELIVERED FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Just stop what you're doing, avoid this dominos.
Ordered a pizza at 8, 3 hours later no pizza. Called 5 times on hold for 20 minutes each time and got hung up on. When I finally reached the manager Norman, he didn't really care at all. Its like this kind of stuff happens a lot aND I would not recommend. If any dominos manager or hr actually reads these customer reviews, either replace Norman or the entire staff or just close that store. Terrible service, no help, and I'm never eating at dominos again.
