They dilivered the wrong pizza and when I called to ask them to remake the correct one. The girl who claimed she was the manager, she was not. Argued with me and rudely told me I had given my order wrong. Then she said she would send a new pizza but we had to pay for it. When I finally talked to the actual manager at his home we were sent the correct pizza. What ever happened to the customer is always right, this employee needs to put herself in check and remember a happy customer will come back and tell his or her friends.

Lunchtime they are way overworked. Great pizza and the young lady was doing a super job....

Never ever calling them again. I was trying to order online, and before I could, I wanted to know what time they were closing. The guy said they were closing in an hour, and without giving me the specials of the day or what not, he asked for my order. I kindly told him that I wanted to order online so I could see what I wanted, but he urged me to order over the phone. I asked for their specials, but the price he gave me was $10 over their specials menu. Then he started asking for my credit card information. I stopped when he had asked for me security code. I told him, "Don't you guys have a portable machine where I can just swipe my card instead of giving you my information?" He said, "You called us, why would I use your information on anything else?" I responded, "There's a reason why it's called a SECURITY CODE! How would I know if your going to use my information on anything else. This is why I rather order online." He yells at me and tells me, "FINE! ORDER ONLINE ALREADY! GO!" So when the delivery boy came, we didn't tip them one bit.
