Domino's Pizza, Scottsdale, Arizona Restaurant Details

I'm hoping it's because of the Saturday at 730 but Horrible pizzas I posted pics. 2 pan pizzas not cheap. Said 15min we showed up 10 mins late and they were just being "finished". I hate dominoes. Like hate. . . But there pan pizza is definitely anazing. These were a joke. Centers wet. . .like wtf? Pizza can't stay out when u hold it, just flops down. Horrible. 8mins waiting time on phone.

This is our first order from the Scottsdale, FLW location. We ordered a pepperoni pizza. I guess they forgot to add the cheese? Lots of pepperonis, but almost no cheese. We will not order another pizza from this place again.

I ordered from here recently mostly because of all the delivery options available these guys were open the latest (12am on a monday night). Off the bat I'll be upfront that I wasn't expecting particularly good pizza from them. The deep dish we ordered was definately way better than we thought it would be. The crust was certainly not excessively greasy like you'd expect from perhaps pizza hut. Getting extra cheese, though, is something that I think helps the dominoes pizza. Their chicken entree was also good. The delivery was really fast. The driver followed our instructions. Overall, when it is late and I'm craving a snack, there's a good chance I'll call this dominoes again.

Pizza took a couple hours. They were nice enough to give a $5 discount on the second but I don't know why they didn't deliver the first time.

My boyfriend and I have gone to Domino's multiple times in the past. This particular experience was the worst and we will never go back. After ordering a pizza and a side for delivery, we waited for an hour for it to come ... (and guess what?) it never did. The address was clear and the people at this store have delivered it to our address before. No idea why they couldn't make it this time ... too lazy to look? For some reason, the website listed our number wrong (some default AZ phone number) ... when we've been going off a Tennessee number the whole time (we just moved here), so they couldn't get in touch with us. We called this location and asked what was up and the guy on the phone was very unprofessional and rude ... he said it was our fault because the phone number was wrong. Domino's, train your people better on customer service. I work in customer service and you never blame a customer. It sounded like he didn't know what he was doing, said we MIGHT get a refund in a couple of days. Might? So the phone conversation went back and forth. The guy kept blaming US for the wrong phone number, and although we didn't put that number there, we accepted the fact that it was wrong. OKAY. IT'S WRONG. NOW WHAT? He couldn't do much for us ... so out of fear that the guy would lick the pizza or spit in it, we decided not to re-order. Looks like Papa John's for us tonight (and on). Good luck, Domino's.
