Domino's, Reno, Nevada Restaurant Details

used to be good, now it sucks - 2 out of last 3 orders have either been over 1.5 hrs for delivery or not delivered at all.

Every single time i have placed an order, Domino's has delivered a piping hot pizza well within the 35 - 45 delivery time. The order takers are always pleasant and always get the order right. The delivery persons are always courteous; even if a tip is not in the food budget. Way to go W. Plumb!!

We have had some good and bad pizzas from this location. A few times the pizza was undercooked as other reviews have reported. The worst is when I recently called to place an order and was left on hold for over 5 minutes by a kid that initially answered the phone saying "yeah, you still there?" Too dumb to answer the phone right, so I did not place an order this time. I don't want a moron handling my food

Very RUDE customer service by a store that doesn't care!!! I've bought pizza from this store for maybe 15 years? Up to 5 a week? I can't remember the last time I called to complain. Last night I ordered a pizza with anchovies on just 1/2. The pizza arrived with the anchovies over the entire pizza. I called, said the pizza was delicious, but that the person I was splitting it with did not like anchovies. The woman said she would be right back. When she came back, she explained she had spoken with the pizza maker, who told her he remembered putting anchovies on only 1/2. She then explained she then checked inventory and that the pizza maker had used only 1 carton of anchovies. I asked her if she was calling me, the customer a liar. She said nothing. She never considered that the pizza maker, on this busy night, had carelessly thrown the anchovies all over. I called back and left a message for the manger. I never received a call back. I'll never order from that store again.

Horrible!!! I have given up on this particular store. I have ordered from them several times now. EVERY time they have messed up the order.
They have delivered pizza that was only half-cooked & pasta with almost no ingredients other than the penne.
This time [my last at this store], I have not even opened the food part yet & already I am told by the driver they "forgot" to tell me they were out of Coke. But the driver brought a "replacement" instead. I had ordered 3 20~oz cokes & they brought me a liter of something else. The driver said with a smile "it's more than what you ordered"
