05/15/2015 2:53 pmHost/waiter was barely audible. He brought three huge baskets of chips for four women. I ordered red river salad which was supposed to be topped with grilled chicken and gratefruit sections. It arrived with neither and looked like a plate of "fixings" you would use to dress your burger. I will never eat there again. |

03/27/2015 7:26 pmWe live two hours away, so eating at Don Pablo's is a treat for us; that is, if you don't eat here! When we got our food it was just warm. I had an ant in my margarita, and gnats were flying around our food. Really unusual for March!? When we were done we needed a box and our check. That took almost as long as waiting for our food. Twenty minutes later we realized we did not get our credit card back. I called and was told that the manager had the card. When we arrived the manager only said, sorry about that. My understanding about businesses, if something or a series of somethings go wrong with customer service; the management should offer a discount or a coupon for your troubles! We will not return back to that particular Don Pablo's!!! |

01/18/2015 8:07 pmJanuary 18 2015 travelled 2 hours to eat at Don Pablo's. Arrive at 2 PM on a Sunday. Only about 5 tables of customers in the place. We ordered El Matedor, Two Cheese Quesodillas for the kids and my wife had a pick two item chicken enchilada/soft taco. My wife and I both ordered ours with the chili potatoes and a cup of yellow queso dip for the kids. We received the wrong queso to begin with ....it was white. We finished the queso and sat forever before receiving a second basket of chips or refills. Next it took over 40 minutes for us to receive our food. My wife did not get a soft shelled taco but hard. I did not receive my potatoes and had to ask the waitress for them. As we finished our meal (which was great....for that is why we travelled 2 hours to go here)...we ordered the Three Amigos with Chili potatoes to take home with us. My wife and kids went to the car after about 20 minutes and I continued to wait for my take out. After about a half out I received my order and left. When I arrived at home I opened the bag to find the Three Amigos...but only rice. NO CHILI POTATOES AGAIN. We also had a bag of chips and salsa with it. I guess those are given to all customers? I did not order them. I have to say is that the DON PABLOS in FORT WAYNE INDIANA closed down. I LOVE THE FOOD. We travelled out of our way and was met with the worst excuse for service we have ever had. Maybe it is TIME FOR THIS FRANCHISE TO CLOSED DOWN ALSO. I don't believe we will be back in the near future. Don't go here unless you have nothing better to do but spend 2 hours watching only 5 tables of no more than 4-5 customers each waiting for their food. |
