The lady who took our "to go" order was gracious & kind as we walked in at 7:55pm & did not realize their hrs as this was our 1st time. It took 10-15 min. Friend & I even waved & thanked cook. Food was good; comparable to China Gate on McDowell; not as good as Totie's on Thomas & Hayden but one has to bring a larger wallet for her place! Saigon Bowl food good but I have a thing for crab puffs. They looked like empanadas & flavor was just ok. I'll be back.

DO NOT waste your time and money on this horrible excuse parading as an authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The food was not even passable. Pho is a dish/soup that must be embraced through quality and authenticity- in this place it fell flat. Their idea of butterfly shrimp looks like popcorn. The condiments were so poor it was shameful, imagine the one lime wedge served was not really a wedge but a sliver. The bean sprouts and cilantro along with the basil had seen better days. The staff/crew/owners were unfriendly and cold, very poor customer service. It was not a very clean place either. If you insist on using "Siagon" in your name at least live up to it. Stay clear of this sad excuse. For those who said the food is great...I feel sorry for you. In any event, to anyone contemplating going here-You have been warned!

The place is a dump. The service is horrible. Table next to me had to explain order numerous times. I was losing confidence in this place, but neighboring table assured me the food was very good. Finally got my food and it was delicious. In the end, the food is what I came for, so I'll give it 4 stars.

This place is terrible. They messed up our order 3 times. Then, the server just left. No one helped us after that. The food was OK but we just ate the stuff they messed up for lack of time. My friends and I will NEVER return to this place. We went because of the reviews that this place had. So this is my public service to tell you not to waste your time. Find a better pho restaurant.
