Regulars rave about the "innovative Italian cuisine" at this midpriced Oakland "trattoria" (and Adesso sibling) that dishes out "delicate" "handmade pastas", "authentic pizza" and cured meats with flavors that "shine"; "uneven" service, "cramped quarters" and "no reservations" for fewer than six are a bit of "a downer", but "eating at the bar and watching the chefs work is great."
