Don't bother going here if your not an African American!!! Walked in the door' went to the counter to order abt 2:00pm. All the food in the front case were heavy supper time offerings. Asked if they had a lunch menu and was told I could order from the items in front of me or there were a couple more items on the menu board. I choose the fish dinner and when I ordered, was told that the owner cooks what she wants when SHE feels like it. And she wasn't cooking any fish anytime soon. Mind you this was a Friday. I ordered from the case as did my African American partner. The tab for this heavy midday meal was just under $25.00. We sit down to eat, the help is sitting a couple tables away chatting. In walks a Black city bus driver and don't you know he ordered the fish 5 minutes after I asked for it and they whipped up a big serving of it for him! Wouldn't go back if it was the last restaurant on Earth. Overpriced, mediocre food served up in a restaurant operated by a genuine BIGOT. It's no wonder I see my neighbors eating out in places outside of Riverside with jerks like this. But this is just one white woman's opinion. If you've got money to waste and a cast iron stomach give it a try,you'll see.
