Dung Phan, Arlington, Virginia Restaurant Details

Food:

The title of my review pretty much says it. If you're looking for fancy dining with lots of frills or a super friendly waitstaff, you should probably go elsewhere. But if you are looking for some damn good Pho, this is pretty much the best place around. I've been to many other Pho places in the DC area and have yet to find one I like better.
Their service is also lightning-fast. You could easily be in and out of here in 15 minutes, depending how fast you eat. I'm usually only seated for about 5 minutes before my food arrives unless it's unusually busy. It's been getting a lot more crowded and popular of late, no doubt due in part to runoff from the nextdoor Rays Hell Burger. Everything has remained very consistent and solid since I first went there a few years ago though.
Best no-BS pho place around.

Note: Not sure why this is listed on here at "Dung Phan." Maybe that's the traditional name? Anyways, it's Pho 75.

Food:

I've been going to this place for a long time now, but recently the service and food has gotten ridiculously bad. They served me my pho and the beef was pretty much bleeding still. It suppose to cook in the soup, but it wasn't hot enough to do the job and the broth was blood red.
