12/17/2014 1:25 pmI've been coming here for several years. About a month ago they hired a bunch of new employees and a new manager. The new crew is AWFUL! they are extremely rude, they always give snarky glances at the customers and they never say hi to people. The other day the girl was handing me my coffee and barely had it out the window while she talked to another one of her (also rude) coworkers. I was so mad because of the lack of respect this new crew has. I'm going to be going to a new location now because of how horrible this crew is. I gave this rating a three because even though the costumer service sucks they are always fast and they always get my order correct and it's always good. I would switch to Kahwa coffee if they weren't so much more expensive than Dunkin' Donuts. Thankfully there is another one on my way to work in the morning. So diappointed:( |

06/03/2014 11:24 amI GO TO THAT DUNKIN DONUTS EVERRRYYY SINGLE DAY INCLUDING WEEKEND, I SPEND WELL OVER $40 WEEKLY. I BEEN GOING THERE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS AND WHAT I EXPERIENCED TODAY WAS BEYOND RUDE! I BUY MY SON HASH BROWNS FOR BREAKFAST FOR HIS DAYCARE EVERY MORNING, WELL YESTERDAY THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER AND GAVE ME COMPLETELY A DIFFERENT ITEM SO THEREFOR MY SON ENDED UP WITHOUT BREAKFAST BECAUSE BY THE TIME I REALIZED IT WAS TOO LATE TO COME BACK, I HAD TO BE AT WORK. TODAY I GO THERE FOR MY USUAL AND THERE IS A NEW MANAGER THAT I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE, I TELL HIM THAT THEY HAVE MESSED UP MY ORDER AND THAT THEY NEED TO MAKE SURE IT IS RIGHT. HE LOOKS AT ME LIKE IM STUPID AND TELLS ME "WHY DIDN'T YOU COME BACK THEN IF IT WAS SO WRONG" I TELL HIM THAT IM ON A SCHEDULE AND HAD NO TIME TO COME BACK (NOT THAT IT MATTERS WHY I DIDNT COME BACK) I DONT HAVE TO TELL THEM ANYTHING ON WHY I DIDNT COME BACK. HE TELLS ME "WELL, WHY DIDNT YOU CALL" I SAID WHYYYY YOU DIDNT PUT MY HASH BROWN IN THERE, WHY YOU ASKING ME ALL THESE QUESTIONS BUT YET YOU DONT OWN UP TO YOUR CO WORKERS MISTAKE, WHY AM I BEING PUT IN A SITUATION AS IT IS MY FAULT THAT MY ORDER WAS A MESS? SO AFTER HIS LITTLE STATEMENT HE SHAKES HIS HEAD AND WALKS OFF! WOW WHAT A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I BEEN COMING THERE EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS, SPENDING MY MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCT, AND THATS HOW IM BEING TREATED? HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND BEST BELIEVE I WILL REPORT AND BAD TALK ABOUT DD ON SOUTH MISSOURI TO EVERY BLOG, NEWS, AND BBB. I DONT CARE HOW PETTY THIS IS, THE FACT THAT I WAS PUT IN THE POSITION AS IT WAS MY FAULT IS WRONG! THEY HAD MY BUSINESS BUT NOW I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO BE A MANAGER AND PUT A CUSTOMER DOWN? IM SPEECHLESS. |

12/12/2013 8:31 pmThey never get my order right and they act like what I ask for is something they don't have & they always charge me a different price which is usually too high. All I want is an egg and cheese croissant with turkey slices. You make a turkey sandwich how hard is it to take 2 slices of turkey & put it on another sandwich!!!! And their coffee sucks. Its too watered down. |
