I posted this 2 months ago (when the issue happened) accidentally to the wrong DD as they are very close to each other (I fixed the mixed up). This is the right place I am complaining about...

This place is rip off and not kid friendly! I said not to make the hot chocolate too hot for my daughter (standing beside me) and they made it hotter than an adult can handle. Then I asked for some ice to cool it down and they charged me 50 cents! They took no responsibility to the mistake and followed up with "sorry...that's how we do it and ice is not free." Who charges for ice these days??? Particularly for this scenario? If you want hot chocolate safe enough for a child, go to Starbucks. Starbucks has a special temp control for kids and won't rip you off. Starbucks is kid friendly. This place is not.
