Dunkin Donuts, Mesa, Arizona Restaurant Details

Slow service when they get busy, but Dunkin' is amazing. 2nd best coffee shop, in my opinion.

It's terrible most of the time, the cream is always bad, so much so that I just get it black. The only thing that keeps people coming back is because you feel sorry for the supervisor, his name starts with a D . The worker are so un disciplined they have conversations when that line is out the door talking about their own personal problem. Slow is always the pace at that location. The older retired people need someplace to sit and talk. If you had a job to go to in the morning that is not the place you want to stop because you will definitely be late for work. location is the only reason they're still in business in that store. The next DD is probably 20 mile. I REALLY WISH THEM LUCK .

The staff is wonderful.... so much so, that after a few weeks of going, I no longer have to tell them what I want. And my order is complicated. :) I sincerely don't understand what these other people are whining about. Like the whole no wifi thing. It's called "Dunkin' Donuts." Not, "WiFi for bratty kids who can't unhook from the matrix and make eye contact with normal people," just sayin...
