Dunkin' Donuts, Portland, Maine, Coffee Restaurant Details

I love Dunkin' Donuts don't get me wrong but I went to this location and waited 5 to 10 minutes for the person to take my order the building was clearly open but not a soul in sight didn't know if they were in the bathroom or on the phone or what but no one came to take my order..

Supposedly this Dunkin' Donuts opens at 4:30 A.M. Multiple times I've arrived at 4;45 to find they are still not open. This morning I arrived at 4:30 waited until 4:40 and when the store still wasn't open I decided to leave. As I was leaving I saw the staff sitting out back smoking cigarettes, this is what is wrong with our country today...0 respect!

Never got to finish our drive through order. Multiple rude voices speaking over each other with one particularly rude male voice demanding we "Wait! Wait! Wait!" Called to speak to the manager and got the same gruff, rude male voice. I tried to tell him he lost a car full of orders but he hung up on me. This place was not busy at all. No cars in lot or drive through. Now we know why. Heading to Tim Hortons were the people there know that the customer is the one responsible for their paycheck and not an inconvenience.
