The Dunkin' Donuts at 1 City Center is centrally located, but that's about the only good thing going for it. Extremely long lines and not enough people working the counters. Usually filled with people loafing about but not buying anything. The worst part, however, is that every time you go you have a 50-50 chance that their coffee will be awful. I don't know if it's because they don't clean the pots as often as they should, or if they let their cream go bad. But it's terrible. The other problem is that their coffee lids occasionally smell like Lysol--like they sprayed it around their work area and got it all over the cups. Avoid this place like the plague.
