Dunkin' Donuts, Rochester, New York Restaurant Details

Service was OK, not outstanding but I have and would retun there.

There is a amazon woman wearing a child's shirt standing in plain view from the drive threw. I believe she is the management, but couldn't tell.

I just moved to the area and have been to this location 5 times... the 5th time, today, I went inside instead of going to the drive-thru in hopes my order would be correct. Each time I have ordered the same items: a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with cream cheese or butter, and a large coffee with cream and sugar with a shot of turbo in it.... I have gotten a cinnamon raisin bagel UNtoasted, some sort of strawberry cream cheese, black coffee, coffee with no sugar or turbo... the list goes on...

When I went inside today, I stated I came in hoping my order would be correct. It was the same crew that is always there in the morning. One rather large girl yelled across to another employee that I had been there the day before (I was there 2 days before) and said the same thing. I told her I said it, meant it, and they still messed up my order. The guy had handed me a coffee and then asked for it back saying he messed it up and gave me the wrong one... truth be told, I was given the wrong coffee as a replacement. Today they guy even admitted that he gave me the wrong one, but not on purpose. Then followed with "you know ma'am, you don't have to come to this store, it's your choice. Go somewhere else if you think they will serve you better." The large girl then spit "we don't like people like you coming here anyway." What kind of way is that to treat a customer? I wasn't asking for anything special other than my order be correct. I didn't order anything other than 2 items... and they still messed it up. I do have to say, Cassie who took care of me at the counter, did her best to make me happy. SHE deserves a medal for putting up with nasty attitude co-workers like those around her... GO CASSIE!!!!

Unfortunately I had to give a star in order to even post this comment! The service here sucks! Every time that I get my coffee it is always different, same with the sandwiches! I have worked for this dunkin donuts and I quit after the second day! I will not allow myself to be put into that type of environment! Ever! The employees are rude when asked to correct something! I don't have much to say about the manager because I never see her there anymore. The general manager of this store needs to step up and correct these issues it is there reputation that is on the line!

I had very bad service there and the manager was very rude to me and my wife. She told me if I didn't like the service to go somewhere else. The they throw my food at me across the counter. The police came in after us and they got their orders first. The help never gave me my sandwich until I made note of it and she told me to have patience and screamed at me in front of everyone. I can't believe that costumer s are talked to and being treated like this by an establishment such a reputable business as dunkin doughnuts.
