07/13/2014 3:00 pmI'm go to China frequently and the food here is what you will find there. If you what Americanized Chinese food go to PF Changs or the Panda Express. The Crispy Pork and Tofu Skin are fantastic if you like it real |

03/24/2014 8:54 pmQuick delivery, but the food is near awful. Too much grease in the Pad thai. Just a bad taste. The Thai tea was good but other than that, my curry was pretty bad. Chicken doesn't taste real. Expected more for what I paid. Would not recommend. |

02/06/2014 2:09 amAfter waiting over 90 min for delivery, I called in and they told me the driver was on the way. I was curious how they could know this without even asking my name or my order. But I decided to take my chances. Another hour later I called back again and they told me the driver could not find my address and they cancelled my order without telling me. Pure bullshit. The lady on the phone does nothing but diffuse situations, and try and get customers to hang up. After 2 an a half hours without food, they offered no resolution and promptly hung up. |

01/15/2014 7:25 pmRipped off, East Asia Garden will not honor orders placed and charges full price. Placed an order for lunch for myself and several co-workers. My order of teryaki chicken did not include the steamed rice. I called within minutes of the delivery person leaving. They said they would call them. I called again 20 minutes later and they said he had already left. He was here when I had called them the first time. They did not offer to resolve the issue at all. I paid for a full order, not part. I told them I would be placing a negative review and the woman said "OK, whatever, bye" and hung up on me. The food is nothing to brag aboutl. It was cold when we got our order. If you don't get what you are paying for, you are being stolen from. |

08/21/2013 4:02 amI am writing this article over an hour and fifteen minutes after placing my order, and I have yet to taste this food. When we called to see if there was a problem, we were very careful to be polite. Yet the person on the other side told us to "chill out" in a rude manner, when we had taken our greatest precaution to not be rude (we had already ordered and are starving and do not want spit in our food. . . once it gets here). |
