Service is poor and internal communication is awful. I would not recommend them to anyone. Please do your homework before you think about using eastbay restaurant supply.

I bought 2 cast iron skillets, a rubber hot pad for skillet handles, and a few pint glasses here and am incredibly satisfied with the service, price and products. I'm going to send all of my friends here :)
