We went there last night for dinner after a show . The restaurant was doing a brisk business but we were seated right away . Our order was taking quickly , we ordered 4 dishes to share . 1 plate came out very quickly . I asked for a fork as I do not use chop sticks . After asking 4 times for a fork I was finally brought a plastic take out fork . By this time the dish was cold , but ate it anyway . 45 minutes later we still have not been served anything else . I finally got a waiter to come over ( by now the pkace was near empty ) the waiter told me our food would be right out . With in 10 minutes the 3 remaining dishes were served . It took another 3 try's to get a metal fork . Which it turns out wasn't needed as the food was awful and had a terrible bad fish smell and taste .
I have never felt the need to give a bad review before , but this was probably the worst meal and service I have ever experienced . We dine in Chinatown often and are not difficult to please.
There are so many good places to dine ,don't waste your time and dollar here !!

This place has the best Chinese food I have had in my life. I had the lo mein and the sesame chicken.

First time to this resturant. From the street it seems desirable, more spacious than the other joints in Chinatown. We decised to give it a try.

We didnot' have to wait long to get a table. But after being sat, we waited, craned our neck around and waited more and finally we had to flag down a waiter to get our orders in.

But what ruined our meal experience was the awful ambience! First of all, there was this table of large party at the corner, with little kids monkeying around, screaming without any supervision. And the adults were shouting across table to one another, playing with their food with their wild children. The entire party acted as if they were on something, maybe everyone a gallon of whskey! Our table was 6 feet away but we could barely carry a conversasation of our own. Surprisingly, thhis was a large party of white Amenricans. We are used to be around loud Asian people in public places but never had anyone matching up to this zoo.

What made it worse was the staff members, They were shouting to one another, making loud jokes among themselves and their booming voice filling the 1/2 empty dinning room. We guessit must be the culture in this place - rude staff invite rude customers.

Well we tried. Will never go back!

I frequent this place because they have the best chinese food in Boston. Seriously the food is fresh and consistently great.
As another review mentioned- the TVs can be really distracting- like last time I was there I watched a program streaming from China on rhinos being de-horned- the full gory details for 10 minutes- presented on a 70 in TV about 5 feet from my face.

Service- over the 15 times I have been here, I could maybe count on 1 hand where I would score the service Good- the rest would be poor to fair. Last weekend I took my family - party of 12 there- as expected food was awesome and service was rude and impersonal.

Dined here this evening and had a delicious meal for the family! We shared six dishes family style for six people: a meal-sized order of Garlic Spare Ribs (mild aand savory), a Seafood Hot Pot with Bean Curd (the curd is just tofu; the seafood selection is awesome inside), a Fried Squid with Spicy Salt (good and hot! My favorite dish!), a Shrimp with snow peas (sauteed in garlic sauce), a vegetable fried rice (good variety of veggies; not too salty), and an order of stir fried watercress (disappointed that there was no garlic). It was just enough to go around and we cleaned up well! The tea was standard fare, too. The service was alright. Nothing special there, but everyone was as attentive as they needed to be. We were in a nice, private corner table with a lazy susan (perfect for the small crowd of diners), and no one rushed us out when we were done. I've always had good experiences here, and I will certainly return for another special occasion meal!
