Uncomfortably warm in the restaurant. Service took forever. Cooked my meal wrong. Gave me well done instead of medium. I wont go back and do not recommend it.

Tues, 8-18, ~ 5 PM

Absolutely worst Lobsta Roll, ever. Huge stale roll (Subway style), lots meat but overly salted; cole slaw also salted (weird). Can't believe owner from New England.

Cod good, cobbler very good.

A friend of mine told me about Eddie's House and boy was he right! The food is off the charts, fresh and creative, and the service was great. Aside from the great food and service, the restaurant happened to be running a BOGO that night and the server told us about it! I will definitely be back and bring some friends along.

I am incredibly disappointed in the professionalism of this Restaurant , my boyfriends parents were visiting family in Scottsdale for 3 weeks over the holidays and I thought what would be a nice gift but to purchase a "localdines" certificate for them to have a nice dinner and experience at this establishment... only to be told that when they arrived the "rude" manager denied their certificate, saying they no longer honor them!

This is very interesting considering I purchased said certificate 2 days before Christmas , where they had no problem taking my money and there was no fine print stating any expiration date (I stand corrected, there was a use by date of 3/22/2015) in either case , for those that have no knowledge of this , according to the Better Business Bureau any gift certificate purchased by an establishment still in business has to be honored up to 7 years and/or the face value has to be honored if it is a 2 for 1 deal !

Aside from being in the business, cause 'everyone' states their in the business, however in this case unfortunately I am, this is by far the most ridiculous situation I have ever encountered, now, after the fact Localdines reimbursed the money for this certificate , in the meantime, Eddie's House comped 2 desserts and an appetizer, probably totaling $30.00, (most likely only after the Manager realized how off putting and rude he was being) , nice ? , yes... stupid ? definitely!!!!

They would have been better off honoring the certificate, since the party of 4 most likely would have then stayed and spent more money , thereby praising how great Eddie's House is to dine instead of vowing never to return nor recommend anyone in the future, all this because of your carelessness in your offer and how rude your FOH management staff is.

Its quite possible that you could care less about people like me reviewing your Restaurant and most likely you have a thriving business, but as for me and anyone in the dining area , you will not be on the list of places to go!

We have been thinking of trying out Eddie's House for the past couple months. For the holidays, my brother from PA sent my parents a gift card so we said we would join them last night for dinner. We called, made our reservation 4 days prior and we were set.

Until, we invited another couple from Phoenix to join us as well. We called to increase the reservation number but they said they didn't have us down and were unsure we could get a reservation. We're not sure why they said that. Were they packed and had no more tables? Was the person unable to write something down? This was the first sign of poor management. They finally confirmed out reservation and we were set?

When we arrived at the restaurant the greeter didn't see us on the books but said she would get a table ready for us. The bar was packed but restaurant was cold and empty. We decided to enjoy a couple drinks at the bar. the service was friendly and prompt. When we were seated we found it odd that she crammed 6 of us onto a large 4 top but we made it work.

We were greeted by a very nice waitress and she told us all about the specials of the night. Everything sounded good the menu looked good and we were set. We ordered and were having a fun time even though we all still had our jackets on at the table. We mentioned to the waitress that we had a gift card while we were getting our appetizers and she said that the gift card was no longer valid because they had canceled their contract with the gift card company. WHAT? The gift card was purchased less than a week ago and has an expiration date of 3/2015.

This had everyone at the table puzzled and she sent out the manager. HE was smug and arrogant. He said there was nothing he could do about it, smiling at us, telling us to take up the matter with the gift card company. Double WHAT? This caused a bunch of disappointment and uneasy conversation at the table. No more than 5 minutes later a table next to us was experiencing the same dilemma.

After everything calmed down the meal came out and was really good. The waitress, the food runner and bus boys were all professional.

After another conversation with the manager he reluctantly gave us a couple deserts of his choice that we didn't really want but they were also good.

The reason this review didn't get a 1 star is because the food was good.

The management of the place was horrible. We doubt anyone in our party will return. There are too many restaurants to choose from around here to with better than average management and staff.
