Located east of the Shinnecock Canal in the village of Hampton Bays. Soothing views and great food. Stop in for their oven baked pizzas and you won’t be disappointed.

Always amazing - the team at Edgewater always delights, even though its sometimes hard to get a seat during peak season. The dishes are unique & delicious and the portions are generous.

My family and I went here to celebrate a graduation. We made a reservation and were seated outside. We had two children with us and in total it took them 3 hours to serve us. We requested to be moved outside, since it was starting to get cold outside and the inside was empty- they refused. Furthermore, the waiter couldn't spare a smile for anything. The hostess was the only friendly face there and the food was alright at best. Seriously over priced. Good if you want to pay too much and get a slight glimpse of the water.
