This place is the worst I call and order two slice of pizza for pick up I live less than two minute from them so 15 to 20 minutes later i try to pick "my" slices up and they was none...ok a few weeks later i order the same thing this time they didn't even put them in the oven until I got there....then my coworker try ordering recently and they didn't start making is cheese steak until he got there WTF...............they have been getting bad cashiers for years Maybe that's the problem because they all had attitude problem except one and she talk a lot but she was ok

I called in an order for pick-up and asked how long it would take... I was told 10 minutes and when I arrived 20 minutes later, not only was my order not done, but when i asked how much longer, the response from the owner was "I don't know. I have other things to do.". I won't be patronizing EVER again!

This place sucks! Took over an hour to get my food and then didn't tell me I had to use my card over the phone so I didn't get my food. If he didn't take so long I could have called and paid for it. Smh! Never again.

My aunt ordered from this place and did not receive her food for a hour and a half....... NEVER WILL I EVER ORDER FROM HERE!

Listen I like my neighborhood stores, but to say that the decor is good/very good is just not right. Look at the picture...the dumpster right outside the front door is a clue, and you can't see the oil slick that might have you slide past the property for trying to get in. Trust me I will always have a respect for the cook that took on the challenge of making me a buffalo chicken cheese steak with that look of 'you think you challenging me? I can do that.' But I really do hope that they get the money to spruce up w/o passing the bill on to the customers.
