Einstein Bros Bagels, Chandler, Arizona Restaurant Details

First time to stop by this location. Dealt with one by the name Britt or Bhit (couldn;t catch the exact name on his badge), not only did he not greet or smile, but he was also disrespectful for no reason. I requested half a dozen gourmet bagels; he looked as if he was mad. I asked him did you have a bad day? He replied: I just want to know what you want (as if it's normal to look angry at customers), we only have two types of gourmet bagels as you can see! (it was around 2:30 PM). I added a sandwitch to the order, but never again this store. Maybe that cashier doesn't like his job, but showing it would be bad for the business.

I moved to the area in early August 2010 and I go to this bagel place 2-3 times a week, usually for breakfast, sometimes lunch. They are NEVER rude. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and communicative. They do get very busy sometimes, so the service slows down, but they get to you as quickly as they can. I've been to a couple other Einstein Bagels in the Valley and this is my favorite.
