One of the Managers (female) is pretty amazing. No matter how badly customers might treat her, she just hangs in there, while smiling, too. It's inspirational. Don't be cheap...tip employees who deserve your thanks. Please?

Service is OK at best, really slow and not always the most friendly. The only reason I am not giving 2 stars is the bagels are really good.
