The service was good, bagels were stocked and cashier was really nice.

I really enjoyed the service, it was quick simple and easy.
Fast and they knew their product. The bagels were in stock!!

Everytime I go the service is terrible and the manager is so rude. It takes 15 minutes to make one bagel with cream cheese and the place is totally unorganized. I love einstein bagels but NOT this one.

I g9 to this location all the time on the weekends... today I visited and was very disappointed. They were having a problem with their fountain drink machine... I asked for a glass of water but was told I could buy a water instead. I did not want to buy a bottle. I sat down and waited for my name to be called. After 5 other people got their food who ordered after me... I finally asked about our order and left. I will not go back to this location during the week.... wow!

This store SUCKS!

In the last month, we have walked in, and immediately walked out as they NEVER have bagels. There were 4 kinds there today. I actually had to ask if they made bagels there. The customer service sucks too. I have almost jumped over the counter on a few occasions.

We have to keep driving further to the Einstein Bagel on Val Vista. That store is GREAT.

When we went in today, we talked about how bad the other store is, and almost every employee has said they hear that about the Gilbert store all the time. Then another customer heard us, and she said she lives right next to the Gilbert store and has to drive to the Val Vista one too because of how bad this store is. She mentioned that she even complained to a Regional Manager. So she gave me the Regional Managers info.

BOTTOM LINE. If you like Einstein Bagels. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. They say they make bagels, but they don't. The employees are rude, inconsiderate and could care less what you think.
