Good bagels and there's only two ladies there that do the best they can but I go in the morning after my walk so perhaps it's not as busy then. Love the sesame bagel with cream cheese and their salmon one too

Quite possibly the worst customer service in the world. If you don't mind waiting 30 minuets for a bagel, then this is your place. I'm not sure who developed the service model, but, it is the worst of any chain.....actually, the worst period.

Always great food and the two lady employees I met today were fun and cool. The Veg Out is amazing!!

I love me some einstein brothers but this location is awful! Line was out the door when i got there, then all i was getting was a coffee refill and two waters so the guy told me to step out of line and just go to the end of the counter to pay, so i did then the girl told me you usually need to wait in line ...i said i didmand the guy told me to come down here .... Oh no she says you need to wait but ill just take you now. So then they dont have the coffee i like its empty .. No biggie ill try another one... Fill my cup go out the door finally as im driving take a sip and its luke warm.... Never again
