I ordered a plate of green chicken enchiladas and got them with cheese. I ordered guacamole and got avocado slices instead. On a more happy note the beans were very good.

With El Encanto's closed for years now, I have been craving the delicious corn fritters they made.. I have tried TONS of internet recipes and have yet to find one that matches.. can anyone tell me the recipe please?
