05/27/2016 9:09 pmThere is a woman constantly smoking just feet away from the door sitting in a walker, she's not old and lives next door. The cigarette stench is a detriment and off putting, I would ask her to leave but she's on El Gaucho property. I really wish they would make her go away, she's dirty and smelly right by the primo steak restaurant of Seattle, not a great image! |

04/26/2016 4:53 pmThe steaks are great here, though pricey. But they're definitely worth it. I also suggest getting the baked potato which is very tasty as well. |

03/20/2016 3:37 amThe steak is delicious, the service was excellent. Music and atmosphere were wonderful. I would love to come back on an wedding anniversary or birthday. Our waitress Danielle was amazing she was attentive but not overbearing. |

11/16/2015 7:43 pmReally great service and a super ambience. Looks like a former Speakeasy. It's a steakhouse and the steak was very good. Though I wouldn't say it was the best I've ever had. Bread pudding for dessert was excellent. Overall I highly recommend it. |

09/17/2015 9:42 pmOur first experience with EG was back in 1982, my husband and I were on our first honeymoon and traveled on the old Marguerite from Victoria, Canada to Seattle for a few days before we left for Hawaii. We asked at our hotel the Mayflower (which is still a favourite of ours) for a good steak house within walking distance. They recommended EG and we've never looked back. Whenever we travel to Seattle, we ALWAYS have a fabulous evening there. After 33 years of marriage, we still rave about this place, we are going back there next week. |
