NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
The service is horrible at the restaurant and over the phone. The staff acts like they're doing you a favor. The food is over priced and let's not forget OVERRATED. The restaurant across the street has better food and service at a cheaper price. Before I forget, I ordered a Dominican breakfast which I loved when I tasted it a couple of weeks ago at the Malecon in Washington Heights I HATED it at this location they took about an hour and 45 minutes to deliver and when they did the eggs were raw. Never Again......

I'm well aware of the quality in service and other particular nuances of Dominican establishments. However, this location in particular has gone down over the years. If you're looking for a quick order to go - sure; but if you have the means and time, check out any of the other locations. For example, I enjoy the other location in Yonkers, a lot more.

Their chicken is finger licking delicious.
Arrived on a Saturday Afternoon and had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated, bread was put on the table promptly. We had to ask for water and flag a waiter to come over, it was a bit packed i might add.
Ordered half a chicken with Tostones, red snapper with rice and beans and a heineken which was served with lemons?
The fish tasted just ok, like farmed fish but it was not bad. The rice was good and the beans excellent.
Now the chicken is their forte, you smell it a mile away from their rest. I always go and get the chicken because of that. It comes with wasakaka (garlic, lime juice) so you can make it juicier.
Prices are not bad but not super cheap as they used to be.
