Sloooooooow service.. 6 people working(chatting) pollo loco needs to focus on service now that the menu can match any other food stablishment. Dont become a filibertos!!

I truly love Pollo Loco, I just wish they would try harder to be clean! Salsa is always everywhere, the bathrooms always smell. Also, if they would be consistent with the chicken tacos, sometimes they put too much and sometimes they put too little. JUST CLEAN MORE!

Last time I was here, there was flies flying around and the girl that was taken my order had dirty finger nails Yuk! I just left no thankyou...
