This store had a little wait to get service and to get food but its worth it, I've never had a messed up order or bad good from this location. 5* :)

I gave it 2 stars just because I like pollo loco, the staff was ok after waiting aprox 5 min, I was not acknowledge until I had to ask for service. Then to top it up the tortillas were under cook, I notice the restaurant is runned by Philippines (no offense)

Really like the chicken they have there. It's so flavorful. Can't really think of anything else to say about it.

Great food , horrible service provided by employees, order was all wrong on the receipt, they kept repeating my order incorrect and they charged me incorrect
