08/24/2015 9:14 pmI have ordered food from the Highland and Sterling store three times this year. The chicken is overcooked and burned. I also ordered a salad which does not look anything like EPLs commercials or print ads. I'm done spending my money there! |

05/22/2014 4:01 pm Worst Franchise, EVER! It's sad that this is my local store and "WKS" runs this store horribly. Poorly trained staff, terrible presentation of the Menu, chicken is burned or over cooked, and my orders are always missing items. Dirty old "Juan Pollo" down the street is better then this place. Save your money go to a Corp. Store and there are none in San Bernardino. |

10/26/2013 9:28 pmThis is what happen I asked for some tortillas and they told me it was 1.00 extra for only 2 tortillas. I was in shock mode so I said, "no thank you I'll be happy eating without tortill"! Worst day ever. :-( |

10/21/2010 8:44 pm We arrived here and we asked for a crunchy steak burrito. The girl working at the window said that they did not serve the burrito anymore. We decided to head out, but the girl interrupted and said she could go ahead and make the burrito. We agreed and at the end, we got our burrito. What a nice girl indeed. |
