I have never had worse customer service Ever!!! After calling corporate to complain, they told me I would have a quick response regarding an employee not washing hands, waiting 35 min. For a burrito because they forgot my order and THEN to top it off, an employee took my burrito into the back to eat it! It has been nearly 3 weeks and No call back yet!!!

The $5 combo bowls were good. The only thing is when i ordered, I pull up to the drive thru window to pay and they completely forgot what I ordered. Also, they gave me raspberry ice tea that was watered down...I should of checked before I drove home

Not nearly enough chicken, (one scoop...about 6pieces)sour cream, or guacamole on the chicken nachos

Employees are great and they always serve good portions of food, especially night shifts...I've been to other pollo locos and they always serve crappy portions.
