Elmwood Taco & Subs, Buffalo, New York Restaurant Details

Food:

It was alright, the sub I had was good. (Assorted). Convenient. slightly over priced on certain things.

Food:

I've never gone to this place earlier than midnight. But it does the job. It's a great place to go for quick and fillable eats. Be warned, the menu is hugely extensive. I normally just go for words I'm familiar with, which means burritos and nachos. They don't really skimp with filling but meat, but the veggies sometimes feel a little light. Not that that's terrible, it's just their style.

If there were a TB, an MT, and ETS all in a row. I would pick ETS every time.

Food:

I have mixed feeling about ETS. The first time I had tacos there it tasted like dog food. The second time the taco I got was amazing but I was also drunk. So I don't know how to really feel lol. Its a little expensive too. I recommend trying them out at least once. I don't go there often so I can't give an accurate review. So with my experiences I'll just say they are OK.

Icky. Not what I wanted. And it was gross.
I got a chicken burrito, and expected chicken, cheese, beans and rice. A classic. I actually got tortilla wrapped around dry chicken.
I no longer live in Buffalo and have had better food elsewhere. Since Mighty Taco is the best comparator here, I can see why they are so yucky. You can rise to any expectation, no matter how low you set those expectations. If you need to be as good as or better than Mighty Taco, that is still pretty low.
