I think it's the best of authentic southwestern Chile dishes I know of in New Mexico!

My daughter moved out of state years ago. Whenever she comes to town she wants to eat here. It has been and it continues to be one of our family favorites. There is nothing we don't like on the menu. Home cooking at its best.

I live in Texas but I never miss a chance to eat at Eloy's when in Albuquerque. My whole family goes there and we love it. These ladies have been very kind to us all. They are very special.

Consistently yummy. Best homemade chile rellenos anywhere. Great people. Real New Mexican.
