03/17/2016 3:06 pmAvoid this property. Rooms are dated and dingy. Gym is filthy; no towels, half the machines don't work properly, hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Requested towels that never came. Rude breakfast staff: they will shut you and your family out of breakfast at 9:01am because "they close at 9am." I was getting my food and they literally shut me inside the serving area. Many, many people still eating and the staff took the entire breakfast away at 9:01am. I spoke to the manager and he didn't care. I had to request three different irons from housekeeping before I got one that worked and didn't have black stains on the bottom. The evening reception snacks were sparse and horrid. They promptly closed that up at 7:28pm as well. The management here forgets that consumers have choices and will choose not to return to this awful Hilton property. As a diamond member of several years who has stayed at Embassy Suites across the country, take my advice and stay away. This property by far is the worst I've stayed in. |

03/13/2016 5:17 amLoved the whole experience. The morning breakfast was amazing. My only criticism was the rooms seemed a little outdated. Paint peeling in some spots. |

01/12/2016 12:18 amThe rooms are great, the beds are awesome, the breakfast is absolutely the best I have had from a hotel with made fresh to eat omletts. They shuttle you around within a six mile radius for free a guy named Nate took me everywhere he was awesome! I'm not a drinker, but if I were I would have been in heaven, they serve free drinks at the bar and were not talking short variety! The cattleman's restraint is also a plus, the ffod there is great! The whirlpool jaccuzi and heated pool are also a major plus to your stay, with towels neatly folded by them for your personal use. The look of this hotel is a little old however maintains an elegant feel, overall I will be a returning customer if ever come back to the area, it has well earned my five stars!!! |

11/22/2015 4:49 pmAs someone who works in the customer service industry, I'm very cognizant of the fact that organizations generally rely on humans to deliver a good service experience. And since humans aren't perfect, there can occasionally be defects in the process. But when multiple employees make similar errors, it's indicative of a culture problem. This hotel clearly has a culture problem. |
