Fantastic Chinese food. Not so great service but the food was worth it.

Inconsistent types of service, depends on the waitress/waitor. Generally staff will rush you out of the restaurant because they feel busy; even if you were a frequent customer who introduced people to the business.

Bacon fried rice! Need we say any more... Empire egg roll made with pastrami... great drink / beer selection.

Empire has a cozy atmosphere accompanied by great service and wonderful food. The place is usually busy, so expect a small wait. But the staff make it comfortable for you. The food is fresh and extremely tasty. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for upscale Chinese food

Both the dim sum and large plate dishes were fantastic (I particularly enjoyed the orange beef)! Also, Trish was an excellent waitress. I would highly recommend anyone who likes good Chinese to check this place out.
