The food was great as always. The service is good as well. I find it quite ridiculous that the manager would turn off the ufc fight that several people were enjoying for one person that complained about it being violent for their children. The children were not even watching because they were coloring. Maybe I should have asked that the wnba game should be turned off because it is a violent sport for women.

So we are going to Enchilada’s for lunch the other day. As I was walking up to the building the question in my mind pops up, “ is it Tuesday? Or Thursday?” … an important question for those who are regulars. Tuesdays are the $3 meltdowns and $3 swirls are on Thursday. Well, it was neither. Then it dawned on me, my wife and I have been coming here for over 20 years. 20 years!

This is a place to get a margarita: swirl, meltdown, on the rocks, big or small.

Simple. Nothing fancy. Just good drinks.

Standard fare for me tends to have a rotation: Fajitas, Tony’s Chicken, Brisket Tacos and/or Tacos Al Carbon with corn tortillas and a grilled jalapeno. Back in the 90’s it was sour cream chicken enchiladas, which I am sure is still worth a go.

But it is the Tuesdays and Thursdays that keep us coming back and has kept us coming for the past 20 years.
