Really nice casino, great foyer. Game room doesn't feel as special as other casinos though.

Rooms are spacious, modern and very comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly and professional... They go out of their way to make you happy.

Encore is my go to hotel in Vegas. The rooms are great, clean, and spacious. Best of all, it has one of the best nightclubs. So its super convenient. The staff all around is great, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Food:

The staff was extremely rude. They would not take my friends ID and spent 15 min examining it. Eventually they kicked her out. Although on the way out security said he would have let her stay since his expert opinion was the ID was real. We weren't overly drunk or obnoxious. I can only assume the staff was being racist as she was the only black person in our group.

We walked over to the Wynn and had no problem with her ID. I have never been so poorly treated at a casino before and don't plan on going back to either.

Beautiful resort. Rooms are spacious & well appointed with amazing views. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Would definitely go back!
