Been here twice and absolutely loved it both times! The food is so delish, especially the artichoke appetizer. Favorite place in the north end!

Food:

This is easily the best restaurant in the north end. If you are looking for authentic cuisine in a charming and warm environment- this is the spot. Staff and owner Rob are welcoming and create a genuine "Old World Italian" vibe. The imported Venetian tiles hanging from the walls and the family style table on the bottom level create and atmosphere second to none in Boston. If you are looking for a group dinner or an intimate date-night spot...Euno will never disappoint. The prosciutto wrapped stuffed artichokes are a can't miss. I would also venture to say they are serving the best Bolognese in the country...served over handmade pappardelle; just delectable. Fish is served fresh daily and they always have a healthy selection of Lobster dishes if you are visiting from out of town. Do not miss this place... It's a true gem.

I had dinner in this place with 2 colleagues of mine. The staff was very pushy and unfriendly. To start with the starters arrived at different moment, one of my colleagues got his 20 minutes after mine. When i mentioned it to the waiter he even did not seem to understand where the problem was and justified himself almost aggressively (arguing he was not in charge of the kitchen !).
They never went on top of the fine or water, left me an empty plate in front of me while serving another dish. Food was very average.
The cherry on the cake came when the arbitrarily add 20% tip on the post payment. I complaint that i did not want to leave any tip. They were angry and said that we would rectify and made it clear in the receipt i signed. They have not corrected it and added them themselves 20%. Unacceptable
Just avoid this place for tourists: They probably know that people never come twice to this place which explains their behavior.

Amazing. One of the most Romantic dinners. Chef introduced our dinners, server was extremely knowledgeable and had great recommendations for the rest of our stay.

I am so pleasantly surprised with EUNO. We were made feel welcome from the start. The service was excellent and classy, with beautiful music in the background. The food was probably the best I had in Boston yet. And the location is very nice, off the more noisy Hanover St., perfect for couples who want to eat great Italian food in peaceful locale. I highly recommend!
