05/18/2015 3:16 amFAST... FAST.. FAST!! The owner had 2 links, and 3 batteries done in less than ten minutes, a total of 4 watches serviced with no scratches including a big faced watch which no other watch company can get open to change the battery. Awesome job! Love fast and accurate service. This is the place to get repairs and anything you need done! |

04/19/2015 10:31 pmNothing, did we like about this business. My wife and I we're looking to buy a nice wrist watch for our adult son. We had been to a couple other jewelry at the Citadel Mall. We had a couple of small Orange Julius drinks in hand. An Asian man, who was fixing a guitar, quickly approached us and told us to get out, since we had a drink. He said, "You no can come into. store." We hastily retreated and went on to other stores. On our way back, there was a trash can near and outside the exit of his store. We disposed of our trash directly into the trash can. The same Asian man ran towards the trash can and repositioned it out in the middle, away from the proximity of his store, while seemingly saying something or cursing in another language. I casually mentioned to my wife that the man still seemed annoyed. He then proceeded to scream at me and asked me if I had a moved the trash can. I said I had not. He further yellef at me if I had a problem problem.I replied I did not Needless to say the store was empty when we first tried to walk in and when we walked back. I don't know what his problem is but he'sappears a very angry man. There's probably a reason why there were no customers at his store. Karma. |

09/23/2014 3:41 pmIt seems like other people have had good experiences with this watch shop but when I took an older Citizen Eco-Drive in for repair, it took several weeks to replace the battery (he didn't tell me about any other parts?, and cost me close to $100), then when I finally got back it didn't even work! He told me that it needed to be in sunlight for a long time which I did, and it still didn't even charge the battery... Then he denied it didn't work at first until I showed him it not ticking. Then he took it back with a bad attitude like it was my fault that he didn't repair it correctly. Then after several weeks he gave it back to me in the same attitude and it finally worked. He has a great selection and a LOT of nice watches, I'm sure if you bought something from him he might not have such a bad attitude but I would NOT recommend getting a watch repaired here!!! |
