Daily tracking updates. Fast delivery/3 days halfway cross country . Prompt phone notification that package arrived & daily calls until picked up. Helpful & courteous counter people. EZ PZ pickup.
Have someone wait in the car across from the station if you don't want to pay for lot parking a good block away. $5 daily storage charge if item not picked up after 3 days form delivery.

It's an okay place. I never had problems here. Just keep in mind it's in the most dangerous city in the world. Make sure you go there just to get on your bus and out of that area. You WILL get killed if you're not street smart. Be on your ps and qs, or just stay in the terminal for your own safety.
