I was on a temporary assignment, the staff treated me like family. I look forward to returning very soon. It won't be work, it will on my personal time & joy it will be! Thanks for being the BEST and stay blessed!

I agree with latest reviewers. This was such a pleasant surprise! Our room #4044 was beautiful & had great unobstructed views of South pool, golf & mountains in the distance. Employees were super friendly and the front desk just went above and beyond we celebrated my birthday and it's been awhile since I've been to a resort where they actually care about making you feel special. Special thanks to Jose at the front desk for giving top notch service and and special thanks to Ann for making our visit at the Willow Stream Spa so relaxing & enjoyable! Its people like you that make a difference thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay. We haven't even left yet & already planning out our next visit!

They were awesome! the customer service was awesome! it didn't seem about what they could UP charge you for but what they could do to make your exp. better.

Had some customer service issues that were resolved quickly by the staff. Very busy hotel so mistakes do happen...ownership and resolutions normally do not. Beautiful property, good food, nice rooms and great employees!

Got in at midnight, full beds instead of queens...used dirty towels in the bathroom...dried food on the desk. The front desk didn't seem, surprised. The grounds were lovely and the pools amazing but even when they offered an upgrade I checked out in the morning. When they handed me the bill I was shocked they were charging me full price...when I expressed my surprise they gave me a 20% discount...not a 5 diamond resort in cleanliness or customer service.
