"Well-heeled and well-dressed" diners head to this "enchanting" Downtown seafooder where the "stunningly fresh and simple seafood" is bested only by the "underwater-dreamlike decor"; "gracious and attentive" servers sweep through a space that's somehow "both vibrant and quiet", and though it can be "costly", the experience is said to be "absolutely sumptuous."
