Great team!! Thanks guys! First time at Fatburger. The young lady at the register (Itzel) was amazing !! I asked for her suggestion and I bought everything that she suggested!! Best burgers in town!!!! Ask for suggestions these guys know a great burger! There was 2 guys and a young lady on grill they were great ! The young guy on the diner was cleaning tables and getting customers refills never seen that anywhere else before !! Definitely coming back here !!!! Great job guys!!!!

On Sunday, September 20th, 2015 my wife and I were at Fatburger at the Sunset Station location. We had just finished watching a game and were going to eat. I approached the cashier and he greeted me and my wife with an outstanding attitude. He took our order with a smile and we sat down next to the bar area of the restaurant. As I was sitting there I notice the cashier (Julian) helping other customers. He was kind and courteous, taking people’s trash and trays as they finished. Julian walked over to the fountain drink machine and made sure it was clean and neat. They called our order up and he ran to the back and brought us our order. The food was great and the order was exactly as ordered.
An older female walked up to the bar area and asked Julian some questions. He was polite and answered all the woman’s questions with a smile even though the questions did not pertain to his job. As other customers walked up Julian greeted them and assisted each one. Once we were done with our meal Julian walked over and took our trash and trays away.
I wish each restaurant I went to had great employees like Julian working for them. He was happy to assist each customer and gave great customer service while keeping the dining area neat and clean.
