04/12/2016 3:10 amI have loved the food there for years. I checked the menu ansaw they closed tonight at 12 according to the web site. I walk in and the gentleman at the reception table looks at me and rolls his eyes and says 6 minutes talking to another employee. He seems beyond irritated and came of exceptionally rude. I asked him when do you close he barely looks up and sayd 6 minutes. I informed him they were listed open until 12 he agqin says 6 minutes shaking his head. I understand having a long day but you never know who your next customer is. His behavior was very unprofessional and very rude if it closed in 6 minutes there are many ways to communicate this without be rude. Never again sadly I say but refuse to patronize an establishment that can't treat it's customers with due respect. |

04/11/2016 8:44 pmFood was amazing. Great beer selection. No kids menu but they are willing to throw something together for the kids. Our server set us up with chicken fingers and fries for the kids and also recommended great beers to go with our fantastic burgers. We were seated promptly. |

03/08/2016 5:51 pmFood is great but the HOSTESS AND MANAGEMENT ARE THE WORSE.One of the hostess by the name of Ashley had a very bad attitude when i requested to change an order then i asked for the manager and when the manager by the name of Gary came out he had a frown on his face also did not greet me friendly and basically did nothing about the situation.i am a frequent customer that brings a large amount of business from my company to this location. The owner needs to fire multiple people or they will continue to give hs franchise a bad name. |

01/13/2016 5:10 pmI do not often rate places 5 star, so for me this was an extraordinary experience. The atmosphere at the restaurant/bar was electric. The tables were far enough apart as to not bump shoulders with other patrons. TV's to watch whatever game is on in any direction. The brick walls really maintain the downtown rustic atmosphere. We arrived around 5:30 pm and were seated right away on a Monday night. It did not take long for us to realize that happy hour was coming to an end shortly so we quickly ordered a few brews. The headhunter IPA and seasonal brews were unbelievable!!! I had ordered the beauty and the beasty headwich, and was certain,y not disappointed! The wich is served with a pile of fresh chips and I recommend a side of some beasty sauce. Could not ask for a more delicious and flavorful Spicy BBQ Headwich! I am from TN and we do BBQ all the time. This Headwich is so good!!!!! So much flavor, so much fun! A definite must when in PITT, PA! |

01/02/2016 7:29 amSo great, we went back twice on the same trip to Pittsburgh. I don't get the hype that the "other" guys get with Fat Heads in town. They have great atmosphere, a huge selection of great beers, and awesome food. The Bloody Mary I had was one of the best |
